Please read and familiarize yourself with our policies below.

First-Time Clients

We require a meet & greet for all dogs that stay with us as we need to ensure that they get along with our dog and can mostly ignore our rabbits. We also prefer to do a meet and greet prior to all drop-in reservations.

Please read, completely fill out, sign and save the following forms. Forms can be emailed to pawsandpalsjc@gmail.com or they can be printed and dropped off at time of drop off.

Reservations

All boarding stays are by reservation only. A 50% deposit is required when booking your boarding reservation.

Boarding Cancellations

Boarding reservations may be canceled at any time, however, deposits are only refundable if: you cancel your reservation 14 or more days in advance of the start of your dog's scheduled stay OR if we are able to re-book your canceled reservation with less than 14 days notice.

Vaccinations

All dogs must have a current vaccination record on file with us. Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza vaccines must be current according to your vet’s records. Dogs must also be on a flea/tick preventative.

All rabbits must be vaccinated against RHDV2.

Payments

We accept cash, checks, and Venmo as forms of payment.  All boarding charges (minus any applicable deposits) must be paid in full at the time you drop off your dog.

What to bring

Please ensure that your dog is wearing a collar with an identification tag. Since we frequently take our dogs on walks, please bring a harness and raincoat if you have them. You do not need to bring food dishes, but please bring enough food for the duration of your dog’s stay.

Bring any medications, vitamins, or supplements, in the original bottle if at all possible. We’re able to give oral, topical, and injectable medications. There is no charge for dispensing medications. You may bring bedding if desired, but this is not required. You may also want to bring an article of your clothing. If your dog has a favorite chew toy, you may bring that as well.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
